Social distancing & hygiene during Corona Virus

 

 Like, us, you have all probably been watching the news reports about Corona Virus (CV), the situation within Victoria, Australia and the world, which is changing by the day.

 

We’re taking our responsibility to keep servicing our clients throughout the Corona Virus outbreak seriously and putting our clients, our staff and community first. As plumbing is currently deemed as an essential service, we will be carrying on as business as usual.

 

Our Prime Minister has told us that ‘social distancing’ and ‘regular washing of hands’ are the best ways we can all protect ourselves and the community, from the spread of Corona Virus.

 

During this time we can ensure you that before we enter your premises we will taking all precautionary sanitary measures seriously, we will have contactless handovers of any items ie. Keys, paperwork etc. and we will maintain a 1.5m distance from clients at all times.

 

If you do need our assistance and believe that you may have been in contact with a person with suspected symptoms, please let us know prior to our arrival so we can protect our workers. To our older clients we will be taking all precautions to ensure your health comes first. Please don't think our team is being rude or disrespectful, we're only thinking of you.
